Do you offer virtual appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. For telehealth appointments, you  must be in a private location with stable Wi-Fi to ensure a secure and effective session.

Our providers are licensed in Colorado and therefore unable to see patients in other states over telehealth. If you log on from outside Colorado (for example, if you're on vacation in another state), we will immediately end the appointment, and it will be considered a no-show appointment.

How often do I need follow-ups?

Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 4-6 weeks, depending on your treatment  plan and progress. However, the frequency of follow-ups will be discussed and determined during your initial evaluation.

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a missed appointment fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a follow-up appointment or 15 minutes late for an intake appointment, you may need to reschedule, and the full appointment fee will apply.

How do I get a medication refill?

Accepted Answer

Medication refills should be requested at least 5 days before running out. We do not provide early or emergency refills. Please make sure to request refills during your scheduled appointment times to. ensure a smooth process. We are committed to safe and responsible prescribing practices, and all medication refills will be reviewed and issued during your scheduled appointments.

We do not provide early refills on controlled substances, even in the case of lost or stolen prescriptions.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

For your first appointment, please bring the following:  
• Any medical records or previous psychiatric evaluations that may be relevant to your care.
• A list of any current medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medications  and supplements.
• Any questions or concerns you may have regarding your treatment.

We treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to:

How long does treatment last?

Accepted Answer

The duration of treatment depends on your individual needs and treatment goals. Some patients may require short-term therapy, while others may need long-term care. During your initial evaluation, we will discuss a treatment plan that works for you, and we will adjust the plan as  needed based on your progress.

Question 9

Do I need to be seen in person if I am on a controlled substance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you are prescribed any controlled substances, you will be required to have an in-person  appointment at least every 6 months. Additionally, you must be seen at a minimum every 3 months for follow-up appointments.
